SerializeJSON returns wrong date for UTC date

Problem Description: If you convert a Now() to UTC and then send it through SerializeJSON, it returns the local datetime and not the UTC datetime.

Steps to Reproduce: <cfdump var="#SerializeJSON(DateConvert('local2UTC',Now()))#" />

Actual Result: The above statement returns the local date time.

Expected Result: It should actually be the UTC date time.

Any Workarounds: Pass the date time as string to serialize.
