    about the 11.3 fullscreen code :stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.FULL_SCREEN_INTERACTIVE
    params.allowFullScreen = "true";
    params.allowFullScreenInteractive = "true";
    the params is ok

    then I found it works fine in Firefox and Chrome.
    But it only works fine once in IE, after F5 refresh the page and reenter it, user will see securityerror 2152 again.

    i'm sure it's a problem.
    someone can't meet it
    please help.

    Hi Felixturner,
    I'm afraid the functionality has been broken and won't come back, internal engineers have made the decision. And they will update the exist documents about the issue later.

    Upvote to fix this. Breaking existing functionality is not ideal. Our apps have a minimal interface and we would rather not go back and add fullscreen buttons if possible.

    Thank you for reporting this issue and extending your offer to help. We’ve been able to reproduce this internally, and while it might not make our next release, we will investigate this for a future build. I’d like to recommend letting other user’s know about this issue and have them vote and comment so that we can adjust and prioritize accordingly.

    This does NOT apear to be an issue in Flash Player 11.3.300.257 on Mac, but later version yes. Our QA dept confirmed that it is also an issue on a Windows 7 machine in all browsers.

    Here another very simple test page plus the Actionscript 3 source for it:

    A funny note - the source code is an example code from the official Flashplayer fullscreen mode documentation! ;-)

    My client (and I) would prefer to use the contextual menu for full screen mode, rather than adding a button. Thanks.

    We have all come to rely on this feature for years, and do not need it to act like a security issue to clients and end users!

    Please fix!

    This bug breaks existing functionality in my app!

    8:59:43 PM GMT+00:00 Oct 28, 2012

    Bug workaround requires changing user interface to add a button when none previously existed. Adobe position of "we broke it, but we don't want to fix it" is irritating to those of us vested in the simpler right-click solution. Irritation impacts my productivity.

    This impacts the usability of our product as we use context menus extensively. This feature not working means that we'll have to split the features between the context menu and other buttons which will confuse users.

    Breaks all our work which used ContextMenu to modify Fullscreen (as per Adobe's documented example).
